Optus AC800S going to sleep while plugged in

I have an optus AC800S modem.
It is plugged into AC power with the battery removed.
During normal operation, it will stay "awake" and connected but after sometime not using the internet (for eg going to sleep, or going out for a little while) the modem seems to go to sleep and I have to press the power button on top to start the connection again.
Obviously this isn't a huge issue but ideally would like to be able to find the setting to stop this from happening. I have looked through the settings several times and I can't find it.
