Riot club SIM card with nighthawk m6

Has anyone used an Eliot SIM card that roams with att or T-Mobile which ever is stronger?  I’m trying to use one with my nighthawk m6 and the following keeps happening. 

1.  Can’t stream DIRECTV or other streaming through Wi-Fi but, when iPad or iPhone just on cellular, everything is fine. 
2. Pandora shows offline when connected to Wi-Fi. 

wifi signal is working and I can browse the internet and use some apps

 

im wondering if you just can stream on these.
