My power is out and our telephone co had put an exterior router on my house. We have a generator and hooked my router to it but it says there’s no internet. How can I fix this?

If your power is out, the ISP's hub by your home is probably out to. So even if you power up the router, its not getting anything from the ISP. Did you check with them?
