Too many unknowns. 192.168.1.1 is one of various addresses that routers use.

But that can depend on the rest of the network and what you are doing.

To begin with the Aircard is a Mobile Hotspot, not one of the standard routers covered on this section.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems

Those things are very different from the standard Netgear routers covered in this section.

You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

Check for various troubleshooting tips.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Change what?

As far as I can see, your question has nothing to do with the previous messages in this conversation.

You would do better to start a fresh conversation with the details that Netgear suggests that you supply.

Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)

They are there for a good reason.

Open Incognito, for Chrome and InPrivate for Edge, mode of window for the browser. You can connect to 192.168.1.1 from that window
