Will the Netgear 6000450 MIMO Antenna ever be back? If not what alternatives are there?

Is the netgear 6000450 MIMO antenna ever be back? I heard its been out of stock since October and was wondering if anyone knows where else can you buy it? On amazon its been out of stock and ebay prices for it was around $200. Does anyone know if thse are going to be back or know any good alternatives for it? The device we are hoping for it is a netgear lb1120 for it (ts-9 connectors). Because this is the only antenna I've seen that have had good reviews.

I have one of those I bought last year.  It's a garbage antenna, I wouldn't recommend it.

I paid $27.49 for it in Feb of 2018.
