Zing can't play Netflix on appleTV

i have a zing hotspot thru sprint.

ever since i started using it, netflix won't play on appleTV

i tried using another hotspot thru nTelos and i have no problem at all playing netflix on appleTV.

is there a setting on the zing i need to set?

 

zing + ipad & imac - netflix works fine.

 

i have reset appleTV twice.

logging in as an admin how do  i turn off the security settings or add netflix port?

thanks, but i'm not even going to try and do that.

i was on netgear chat yesterday twice, why didn't they walk me thru that? all they had me do was change DNS settings which did not work.

netgear chat also tried to tell me to uninstall the netflix app on apple tv …. which i thought was funny because you can’t do that.

i’m convinced now that this is NOT a sprint, netgear hotspot, or apple tv problem.
i’m pretty sure this is netflix problem.

all other apps on apple tv work fine, (except netflix) and netflix works with my iPad and iMac using sprint’s zing hotspot.
Also netflix plays fine on apple tv with my old ntelos hotspot.

anyway, if a netgear representative reads this, please report back to Netflix.
i’ve spoken to Netflix twice. they don’t seem to understand, the problem is on their end.
