1st generation Circle App not work with RBR50 since early June
Have used circle smart parental controls on my Orbi router with 1st generation Circle App to control kids internet access for almost a year, but one monring early this June the whole family Wifi stopped working... After disable the parental control on the router and updated router's firmware to V2.5.1.16, the wifi was back. However, the my Circle App stucked at "Enable Circle" step, although circle was enable on the router, it kepts asking to enable circle and could not move to next setup...

If you have Circle Premium, please check out the article below as we were aware of an issue with Premium features but that issue has now been addressed and resolved.

Hello Christian,
I use the 1st generation of Circle, and the Circle App can not connect with my RBR50 properly.
As attached screenshot from my App, I clicked "ENABLE CIRCLE" button, but after a few seconds the App came back to the same screen again... and could not go to next step no matter how many times I clicked "ENABLE CIRCLE"...
This issue suddently happened since early June, and not resolved since that...
Please help create a ticket for this issue, and futher question please let me know.

Hi zswdmj,
You may try performing a factory reset on the router and running through the setup assistant again. Reinstalling the Circle app may also help re-sync your service.
