Blocking Facebook and Instagram
I have logged in to my router settings and navigated to Block Sites to block Instagram and Facebook. However, it does not work.
Must I pay for Circle Premium to block websites? If so, what is the purpose of the Block Sites feature?
I am finding that some content (toys and outdoor wear) are appearing in the Instagram adverts of people within my household, which I cannot fathom. I thought that blocking those websites on the Wifi would mean Facebook could not track my cookies? Not sure how all this works, but as we approach Christmas I do not want Christmas presents which i search for, appearing on the recipients device as an advert.
Thanks in advance,

Yes you will more than likely have to turn on parental controls, and that is pay. However, depending on what browser you use, you could go to each PC or laptop and block the websites in the browser. This is usually found under tools or settings.
