CIRCLE - How to combine categories?

I would like to combine and/or consolidate all of the "Videos" under one category to better manage the time my kids spend on sites like YouTube and TikTok/Musicly.  Currently, my children are able to watch more videos than they are supposed to because these sites are categorized as "Business" instead of under the Musical.ly/TikTok app.

Any way to change or reconfigure this?
