After installing, I downloaded the Orbi app. The app does not connect to the router. I am unable to set up parental controls which is why I bought the system in the first place. I have called customer service multiple times and reset everything. They said there is some update that they are waiting on and they would email me. That was a week ago.

I just had a fight with the circle app, and I had to allow "local network" and "location" in my IOS permissions. Not sure if I needed both, but it's working now.
