Can't login to app or get sms code to login

This seems to be a common request and the only way to get an answer is to have someone DM you. I have a new iPhone and cannot login to Circle. When I do the "I am the only admin" process I do NOT get a pin code via SMS.  

Orbi firmware is up-to-date. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
