Cannot purchase Smart Parental Controls - Orbi RBR50

After Netgear's FW version 2.7.3.x blocked the ability for Circle Gen 1 from working, I followed this post's steps for transitioning from 1st Gen Circle to Netgear's Smart Parental Controls (SPC).

I'm now at a point where I want to convert the trial to a paid subscription.

From within the Orbi app, it says: "This plan is not available"

From within the "my Netgear" site, it shows my SPC subscription as "Active", but I can't find a place to purchase.

Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi Router (RBR50)

Firmeware V2.7.3.22
