Circle 1st gen, cannot add or remove custom filters

Question

Most of the time, I am able to added and remove custom filters so my kids can get to specific URL's they need for classes. But there are time like now, when I edit the custom filters, I am unable to change them. I cannot add new URLs to allow(whitelist), nor can I remove URLs from the allow lsit(whitelist).

On Android when it works, I goto custom filters, enter the URL, I see it in the custom filter list, I click the back button and click Save. When I look at the custom filter list, my new entries are missing and deleted entries have been put back. Very very frustrating.

Any suggestions?
