Circle 1st gen passcode not arriving

Hello Guys,

 

I have installed Circle 1st gen to configure it with the Nighthawk app and I have issues receiving the code, I am stuck at the screen with "Enter Passcode" (attached). I have been waiting for few hours and I also tried to uninstall/reinstall both Nighthawk and Circle 1st gen apps, but still the same issue.

 

Would someone be able to help?
