Circle 1st gen
Circle 1st gen on my Android phone was working fine for ages but at the exact time I changes ISP from BT to TalkTalk time stood still. When I went to History on all my Profiles, all stopped at that time. My RBR50 is set as DHCP Server and I made no changes to its setup in any way. By removing the BT Hub and connecting the TalkTalk hub, the RBR50 did its job and broadband flowed through the house. I have rebooted the RBR50 even switched it on and off, On my android phone I have disabled the Circle 1st Gen app and restored it. Disabled Circle profiles and restored. When I cleared cache and data and restored, all previous history was deleted but history and usage shows nothing. Any assistance to get Parental controls up and running again would be much appreciated. (May be delays in replying to any help due to work)

Re: Circle 1st gen
There is an Circle forum here where you might get better help so please post there too:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Circle-Smart-Parental-Controls/bd-p/en-home-circle
Initially I would see if you can "pause" the Internet using Circle. If that doesn't work then it suggests that Orbi is not being used as the DNS resolver. It is likely that the new router is also set to provide DHCP and DNS and that is somehow overriding Orbi. Unlikely but make sure devices are connecting to the Orbi WiFi and not the new router.
As I said though please repost in the Circle forum.
