Circle Admin Passcode Reset

Could someone please help me reset my Circle Admin Passocde.  I'm not getting the text messages and need the new passocde sent to my email.  I've tried logging support tickets (44741989, 44763385) through the technical support but they seem to just get closed.

I recommend you contact a forum moderator. They will need the serial number from your router unit and the email address associated with it. @Christian_R

Select the user name and send them a message on the profile page.

I've sent him a private message but to date I haven't had a response.  How long does it usually take for the moderators to respond?
