Circle App Intermittent "Can't Connect"
We work with a number of residential care homes for young people that are using Circle to control internet access in the homes. We're experiencing a problem in one of the homes where the Circle App will intermittently say "not connecting" and you cannot make changes to the settings. If you repeatedly refresh the app then eventually it will connect for a bit but then a few moments later it will say "not connecting" again.
Rebooting the router does not fix the issue but completely wiping the Circle App and reconfiguring it on the phone does seem to fix it temporarily (before the problem reoccurs a few days later). The router firmware and circle app are both updated to the most recent version.
