Circle App Passcode reset

After upgrading to a new phone I can no longer login in to the Circle App. It asks me for a Passcode which I don't have. I select the 'Im the only  Circle Admin' link and press the button to send me new passcode but get a failed to send text error. Can someone please help? Thanks
