Circle App does not record safari browsing

I have provisorisly (successfully) been using R7000 and Meetcircle to monitor kids browsing. Suddenly: safari browsing is not registered (but apps such as FB/Instagram/Whatsapp are. I purchased the router for this specific purpose: any input/suggestions?
