Circle Parental Controls Passcode reset

I started having connectivity issues with Circle - it would not allow one of the computers back on to the internet the next morning - even after I removed that computer from the Circle app (now it can't even find that computer at all).  So I uninstalled the app & reinstalled.  Now it's asking for a passcode that I don't know.  When I ask for the passcode to be sent to the "admin", it seems to go off into the ether.  Please.  Send help.

I am having essentially the same issue. I am not receiving a passcode to finish installing the app after installing it again. How can I get the passcode?
