Circle Parental Controls not seeing/recognizing router

I can't get the parental controls to work in the Nighthawk app because the Circle app won't recognize my router. I tried a bunch of different times.

 

My router Nighthawk R6700v3 is on the specified list of routers that support Circle app integration.

 

Any ideas?

    Hi euyter, we'd like to know the following.

     

    What is the exact firmware version of the R6700v3?

    Are you getting any error message when enabling Circle? What is the error?

    Have you tried enabling it using another device (Android/iOS)?
