I have a new phone and my Administrator passocde for Circle is not working. I have clicked the "Resend code" option. When I use the provided passcode I get an error message: Could not connect. Please check your passcode and try again.
I was able to resolve this issue. I logged into my Orbi router through the browser, not on my phone. Once there I disable the Circle parental control service. After a few minutes I re-ebaled the Circle parental control and was then able to use the texted passcode to connect through the Circle admin iphone app.
