Circle Passcode Reset

I reinstalled the Circle app and I am now locked out.  I am the only Amin, but when I request a Passcode be sent to my phone via SMS but it never arrives.

Please send me whatever link i see referenced in many of the other threads about this question.

Don't waste time troubleshooting, the issue is with Circle and Netgear.
