I reinstalled the Circle app and I am now locked out. I am the only Amin, but when I request a Passcode be sent to my phone via SMS but it never arrives. I've had Circle working successfully for many years and now switching to Circle within the Orbi router has completed disrubted my service.
I notice that no one has commented on this post after several hours. My guess is that the majority of users who participate in this forum have little practical experience with Disney Circle (or maybe no experience at all). My sense is you are much more likely to get an informed response by posting in the forum devoted specifically to Circle:
