Circle Premium Subscription Not Accessible
I subscribed to the Circle Premium service on my Orbi. But as a result of some troubleshooting with Netgear support, we completly reset my device and now I don't have access to my 1 year of Circle Premium. When I check the app on my phone it shows that I have a premium annual plan. But whenever I open the app, it shows that need to upgrade to premium. Any idea how to fix this? I have been without my premium plan for nearly two months now as I have been trying various steps to fix this issue.
Any help would be appreciated,
