Circle did not "wake up" Orbi RBR50 router after Bedtime on first use
We bought an Orbi RBR50 and one Satellite last winter. We like the system so far. Just yesterday I somewhat relucantly dished out the $50/YR for Circle. (Seems like features that should come with the router...) Our kids have been staying up late on their devices, so I wanted to use the Bedtime feature. I set Bedtime for Midnight, Wake Up at 7 AM. I came down at 8:30 AM, turned on my latop and had no internet connection. When I logged into the Orbi App on my my phone it said the router was "Not connected to the internet". What the hell? Circle is kind of useless if it can't turn back on the internet after it turns it off. I had to reboot the Orbi router. Firmware for router is: v2.5.1.8
Thanks for any tips - Steve
(Also just saw that after the initial warranty period, Netgear support now requires payment? What is up with that!?!? Total ripoff...)
