Circle erased my Profiles OrbiB108

I think i'm going to be sick.  I went into the orbi app and discovered that everything i had setup is now gone?  No one is listed, devises are all listed under the house.  Is there a way to fix this without starting all over.  I did look at the manage button and swear i had a backup b/c i changed phones and had to recover that.  I hope there is an easy fix.

 

On a totally different subject i had to call netgear soon after buying it about an issue i was having and the guy (located in india) convinced me to buy the extended warranty for all devices in my home - but can't find that anywhere.  I know i got a confirmation for the service but can't find it.Any idea of what i can search in my email to find it?
