Circle filtering too much

My teen filters around 8/2020 began filtering WAY too much. My teens can no longer reach our junior college's website, our local online school or update Malware Bytes security software. I have to sit with them and enable sites as they browse. What changed? It's unworkable at this point.

Hi UserKDB,

May you perform a factory reset on your router and run through the setup assistant again. You may also reinstall the Circle app.

 You dont have anything better than restart my network from scratch and reinstall Circle? I have to say that's not a good solution for me.
