Circle filters Netgear Admin Panel

We have circle enabled on the router.  It blocks my access to the Netgear admin panel.  I've disabled cirlce and it still occassionally blocks it.  

One, I'd like to have Circle enabled, but how to I get it to not block the admin panel? 

On circle, I'm listed as an admin.  My device is linked to me. I have no filter.

It's filtered by Circle and shows the "you've been filtered" message from Circle.

Acess to admin page blocked by ad for circle. Clicking the "X" to close the circle ad has no effect. Tried in both Chrome and Firefox - no joy. Rebooted router - no joy. Reset password - no joy. Circle is disabled.
