After changing mobile devices, I cannot access the Circle app. I am the only admin, and no passcode comes through via sms.
I've tried rebooting the router/orbi and extender multiple times.
Please advise. This is urgent as due to COVID lock down, I cannot access a number of devices that were previously time limited, and are now required for extended periods.
Netgear were unable to help with the passcode reset. I was directed to contact Circle instead. I quick message to Circle via the contact box, and I was sent my passcode within 24 h. (https://support.meetcircle.com/hc/en-us
