Circle gen passcode

I have changed my phone and I am having trouble getting in to my circle account, I have received the the text passcode but it doesn’t work. I am the only admin on the account and need to add some parental controls to a phone.

Is there an error message when you enter the passcode? 

Kindly message me with your name, email address and device serial number.
