Circle keeps losing connection AC1900

I have seen this posted several times, but I cannot find a solution. I have had my router for about 6 months. It worked very well for 3-4 months. Then Circle stopped working. 5-6 times a day(and that's only when I am home), I get a notification that Circle lost connectivity. I have to constantly log in to reset Circle. This is so frustrating, especially when I am not home to reconnect!

1. Please check for the exact model number of your device.

2. What are the steps that you have tried so far?

Sorry, I wrote the incorrect model number. The correct one is: R6900P
I was one the phone with tech support for over an hour before I lost connection with the service representative. He walked me through restarting the router twice, but it didn't seem to work.

Can you send me any help to try to resolve as well please?  It is incredibly frustrating to constantly lose the Circle connection.  If there is something I can try, please let me know.  Thanks for any help you can provide as you work through this issue.  I do appreciate anything you can do.  I have an RBR20 (Orbi wireless router)

I have this same problem.  Circle will no longer connect.  When I updated the firmware on the R6900P last week Circle connected for about a day, but now it will not connect anymore.

Hi @leejarman, if you haven't yet, please try resetting the router to factory settings after the firmware update. This may clear up some possible issues. Please keep us posted.
