Circle not forcing google safe search
The safe search feature on circle is not working correctly on my router. I have the filter level set and safe search turned on for the entire home network, but none of the devices are being forced to safe search on Google or Bing. Pause feature is working, filters for Twitter and Instagram are working fine. Also the Yahoo filter works, I can not search via Yahoo as described in the Safe Search features. But safe search is not working on Google or Bing. Adult content is still readily available on both sites. I do not think this is a setting issue within the app, as the other features, filters, and a portion of the safe search (blocking Yahoo) is working fine across multiple devices.
Please advice, one of the key reasons I bought this router was for the circle and safe search feature.

Re: Circle not forcing google safe search
Hello ballencat,
I would recommend using the following link to open a support case regarding Circle: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx. To open a support case, please follow the steps below.
1. Select "Get help on my NETGEAR product"
2. Select your country
3. Select "I have a NETGEAR product without a serial number"
4. In the dropdown menu, please select "Circle" as the product
Regards,
Christian
