I Had the same issue, and what i did is:
1. Delete and reintalled the app.
2. Login to the router --> From the "Parental Controls" Menu --> i Hit "Disable" on front of Smart Parental Controls
3. Then restarted the router.
4. When you start your appliacation on the mobile, you will be asked to connect first to WiFi and Enter the admin password to Reenable Circle.
5. Then use the option for "i'm the only admin" to reset the code using Text, or if you remember the code you can just enter it because the code is not randomly generated (as it should be some sort of token with an expiry).
6. It should be back to normal, and i hope you have saved the configuration to be able to restore it back.
