Circle not working and in infinite loop to enable

Hi,

I’m unable to toggle parental controls on my Orbi app. The circle app is in the process of setting up, but it is in an infinite loop of enable Circle. I’ve already done a factory reset on my modem, deleted both the Orbi app and the circle app a couple times. I don’t know what else to do. I see where others only reset their router and everything worked properly afterwards. Also, now I can’t disable parental controls in the Orbi app. When I click that, it sends me to the Circle app, which is pretty much useless right now.

HELP!!!
