Circle premium active but not filtering, or showing usage data on R7000

I have the Nighthawk R7000 router connected to the Circle App. After I did a factory reset on the router, the premium features of the Circle app are not working. I can see and set the limits, and all the other features, but no traffic is registered or filtered.  Devices are detected and I can assign devices to the users, but no filtering or blocking.

 

I've deleted and reinstalled the app, the router has the SPC enabled, my premium account is still active, but I can't get it to work. Any recommedations or ideas??

Same here, which confirms it's an issue with Netgear/Circle...nice.

Are you still experiencing issues with Circle on your R7000? If so, may you provide me with the current firmware version you have installed on your router.

Yes.
Firmware version is 1.0.4.106.
