Circle seems to be randomly killing Internet
Nighthawk X6 R8000
Firmware Version V1.0.4.62_10.1.74
Bitdefender installed
Since purchasing the Nighthawk X6 R8000 and activating Circle, I noticed and confirmed that Circle is randomly blocking access to the INTERNET. It does not distinguished between different access categories PARENT, TEEN or UNMANAGED everything is blocked.
Done already all Netgear support ask, Factory reset, manually uploading the same FW, seems a standard approach to calm customer down for a known and persistent issue.
Only by disabling Circle can I restore the Internet access of all devices.
Reading trough the comments about Circle the problem seems to persist for many years and I am wondering if Circle is worth the trouble. Like others I was hoping to control efficiently the internet access of my Teen, it works, but the other issues causing problem at home.
Does Netgear has a sure fix for Circle?
