Circle version on router

The version of Circle with Disney on the R7000P is 1.2.4. The latest version of Circle is 1.5.1. There are features in the latest version I need. Is there a way to install the latest version since Netgear is so far behind?

    The firmware being used on NETGEAR routers that support Circle is different from the stand-alone Circle hardware.
