We have been using the Disney Circle (gen 1) that has been working fine for the past couple weeks. Until today when my kids wanted to watch a movie on their tablet in the Google Movies app (tablet is a Samsung). It won't let them access any movie, be it PG or whatever. Disney Circle doesn't directly monitor the app, not like Facebook or YouTube. We don't have movies/video restricted beyond the level assigned to their profile (i.e. Kids, Teens, Adult). We have even tried even lifting the level from Kids to Adult and it still doesn't work. Apps like Netflix work still. Figures the one movie they wanted to watch isn't on Netflix.
Aside from turning off Disney Circle we're not sure to how to allow this app to work.
We have tried asking Circle, they kicked us over here to Netgear, and yes we've tried updates and turning the tablet on and off.
