Circle

I am having issues with CIRCLE.  I have contacted support and they have been 0 help.  From  1 day to the next, my admin passcode changed, and I am locked out of circle.  I cannot rest my code as I have no phone number registered in the system.  Is there any way around this?  Can I just get an email like to reset my password and move forward?  Circle was working like a charm before this glitch happened....and it sounds like I am not alone! Please...SOMEONE HELP!
