I am having trouble with the circle app when used with my Orbi router with built-in Circle. When I open the app it says cannot connect to circle. I try to reconnect with the same issue. I have restarted the app and the router with the same result.

Hi @jlcarpenter, welcome to the community! If you haven't checked yet, please make sure that the Orbi is set to router mode and not AP mode. The link below may help out.

Also, you can try using another device (Andorid, iOS). Let us know how it goes.
