Deactivate Circle - need help - Netgear Nighthawk

Netgear Nighthawk AC1750
PLEASE help me disable my Circle - I put it on accidentally 1.5 years ago and now I can't even access sites I need for school/ work (video trainings, etc.) Netgear wants $100 to tell me how to do it... seriously it should not be this hard! Someone... anyone... help!
