Disabling Circle first generation

HI Folks

It has been a frustrating weekend to say the least with the ^&&^^ Circle first generation app installed on my ios device. I accidentally deleted the app but had "disabled circle" before that.

Now, I noticed that the Circle app's settings have been somehow "saved" in the wifi router. I know this because many of the websites that I had blocked for my kids are not accessible..

I reinstalled the cicrle app and now I dont get any code on my cell phone number registered. 

questions

1. How do I get "Code" for the circle app, so that I can go ahead and log into my accrount.

2. Is there a way to complete remove the circle app if it is installed on the router.

Any help is much appreciated.
