Disney Circle App

Disney Circle app, suddenly stopped working for some unknown reason, getting error message "Cant find Circle".  The phone/app is connected to the same WiFi, I tried turning the Rounter on and off.  I updated the app, nothing is working.  Any ideas?

1. What is the firmware version of the router?

2. Please try using another device and check if Circle can be managed from it.

3. Have you tried re-installing the app?

Hi yes I did try reinstalling the app.  What other device can I use?  I only have the Circle app, not the actual device. My Netgear router was compatible.  Everything set up fine inititally. My internet is working on all other devices and apps in the home. Firmware was updated in June by Netgear.  I don't want to post the actual number,  thank you for your reply.

What I meant by using another device is using another mobile device (Android and/or  iOS) that has Circle installed on it. Yes, the R7000 does support the Circle feature. Let me know if you have tried using another device.

Hi I have not tried yet - I would have to install Circle app on my son's phone. If the app does not connect on his phone then what?  Thank you

If another device will give the same result, then resetting the router to factory settings is the next step to isolate the issue.
