Disney Circle Go Premium timezone issue

I have the Disney Circle Go premium (paid version) running with my Netgear R8000.  The Circle Go app is installed on a Google Pixel 3a and my timezone is CST.  For the last few months, the Circle Go bedtime setting would lock at different time of day and when checking the Usage, it shows different time than what's on my phone.  Ex.  History is showing my daughter is accessing the site at 11pm when my phone time is 6pm and she is sitting next to me.

Does anyone have similar issue or know of a permanent solution?  The only way I know to resolve this is to delete the Circle Go app on my phone, re-install and it works correctly again for a while.

Thanks,

Hi @Toan, welcome to the community! Please make sure that the Timezone on the router is correct. You can access the router UI and go to Advanced > Security > Schedule > Timezone.

Hi Dexter,

I confirmed my Netgear X8000 router has the correct timezine and has not changed.
