Disney Circle IoS App password reset not working - Unable to send code
Hi I had to reinstall my Disney Circle IoS App.
Tried to do a password reset and this is not working as I get the message "Unable to send code"
Please advise?

Hi. I notice that no one has responded to this post for several hours. My guess is that few people who watch this forum have knowledge of the iOS Disney Circle app. You are more likely to get a response by posting in the community forum dedicated to Disney Circle:

Also, as this is a community forum, there are no Netgear employees activelly watching the dozens of forums and countless posts. Netgear offers 90 days of "complimentary support" with a new Orbi purchase. After that, the only way to "talk to a person" is to contract with GearHead. http://gearhead.netgear.com/

Thanks. I have resolved this. I downloaded the (incorrect) circle app via the apply store, and this gave me a different user experience. I deleted this when I when through the parental contols section on my orbi app, and in doing so this installed the correct circle app and then sent me the correct code by text, and I'm back up and running again.
But you a right though this is very complex to work out who supports this as disney circle point you back to netgear and netgear points you towards the forum. Considering I am spending circa £50 per annum on this I expect a minimum level of support especially for a password/pin reset. Thanks again.
