Disney Circle Passcode Reset (Orbi router RBR50)

Same, I have been having issues with my internet and suspect it is with Circle as I didn't set the new phone with my account and the router not updating even manually from V2.3.5.30

I tried to log in circle but it needs a passcode and it doesn't sms me anything.  I have since changed my phone a few times but the phone number never changed.  please help as my internet goes in and out right now at night.

Having the same problem here as well.

Can't access my circle without the passcode after a phone upgrade.

I do not receive a txt msg when requesting a passcode reset.

The pin number I was fairly sure I would use does not work either 😞

Can someone please help with this?

I am having the same issue. The passcodes that are sent don't work at all. I've waited for a few minutes and uninstalled Circle but still didn't work. Can you please help??

I am having the same problem since I switched to iphone 11 Pro. No code is texted to me and the code I know I set doesn't work. I've deleted the app and reset the router. I still can't get in. My kids are locked out of their Playstations. Please help!

So after a week of messages back and forth I can reduce this problem to the following:

(1) Passcode reset doesn't work reliably

(2) Try restarting your router to see if it helps.

(3) If that doesn't work they have no solution.

If they'd just told me that up front in this forum, it would've saved me a week or two waiting for replies.

What DOES work (but they won't tell you to do) is resetting your router to factory settings and setting up everything again from scratch.

Just keep a note of your internet connection settings and partial mac addresses of each device to save time getting your circle set up again.

Same problem here. Updated phone to iPhone 11 and now I can’t get Circle to work. I have Orbi router. I have restarted router, phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app and passcode won’t take no matter what. I have teenagers! Need this app to work!
