Posting this again: CAN SOMEONE FROM NETGEAR SUPPORT ACTUALLY RESPOND?

I had Circle setup on my Orbi Mesh system, but recently had to uninstall/reinstall the app - and now it's asking for a passcode that I can't retrieve. Can I get this reset manually please?
