Disney Circle Passcode Reset

I lost my phone and had to have it replaced, and now I can't manage Circle.  Even after deleting the app, I get a message saying it's sending a passcode via SMS, but the new passcode never arrives.

Did you manage to resolve this issue. Having the same issue. I am the only admin, but I do not get a txt message with a new passcode. Where Can I check to which tel nr, the new pass code is sent?

I have the same issue. I have a new iphone and wiped the previous one.
