I got a new phone, and now I can't log in to Circle. I have had the pass code sent to me, and have attempted to log in using it, but every time I try, it fails.
I'm using an Nighthawk R7000P router. What is the solution to this problem? I'm main admin, and I added my wife as admin when we set up Circle months ago. She just got a new Android phone and is trying to re-install Circle. I give her the passcode, but every time she enters it, it doesn't work. Can you either post the solution, or email me what you are emailing everyone else?
